近日,药用植物生物技术团队袁博老师分别在一区TOP期刊Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry(SCI一区TOP,5年影响因子2.975)和Bioresource Technology(SCI一区TOP,5年影响因子5.744)上发表研究论文。其中文章“Essential Oil from Sweet Potato Vines, a Potential New Natural Preservative, and an Antioxidant on Sweet Potato Tubers: Assessment of the Activity and the Constitution”成为Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry本期推荐研究论文。另一篇“A novel recycling system for nano-magnetic molecular imprinting immobilised cellulases: Synergistic recovery of anthocyanin from fruit and vegetable waste”发表在Bioresource Technology,两篇文章都为花青素研究论文。
